Typefi has been an Inera partner since 2006, and we’re developing an alternative to eXtyles—known as Project Orion.
Typefi already offers an editorial plug-in for Microsoft Word (Typefi Writer), and we’re actively working to develop it into a fully-featured editorial toolkit for JATS, BITS, and STS that supports both Microsoft Word and web-based editing.
Our goal is to have this toolkit ready for launch by the last quarter of 2025.
Help us build the next generation of JATS/BITS/STS editorial tools
Your input is crucial to the success of this project. We want to know how your organisation uses eXtyles, from the critical features you rely on daily to the challenges you face in your editorial workflow.
We’ll be hosting several group discussions and 1-on-1 sessions with our Product Managers over the coming months to get your input.
If you would like to receive invites to these discussions and stay up-to-date with our progress, please join our community by filling out the form below. You’ll be added to a unique email list for this project which will enable us to stay in touch with you.
